NBC's GRIMM, COMICON, Ann Marie's Trailer Set Replica - Creative Producer | 2012
Creative director, writer, prop and scenic fabrication and installation, delivering an immersive consumer experience with custom scripted media inside a full Airstream replica. I produced this experience from soup to nuts, taking an actual airstream and replicating the set with integrated TV props as well as wrote the script for the media presentation inside that was approved by the writers of the show and acted by the lead characters. I also represented the experience on local television to drive foot traffic.


ASTRO BOY Brand Launch — Creative Producer
I was hired to help launch of the Astro Boy movie in America. We had to create a central physical item (Astro Boy Sculpture) to take to Comicon, NY Comicon, Anime Expo and Movie Launch at Hollywood and Highland. I designed and installed all the Astro boy events including all of the Trade Show booths and the Movie Premier Party.


THE KINSEY COLLECTION, EPCOT — Creative Director and Producer | 2012
Creative Director, Producer, and Curator, integrating sensitive historical artifacts, spatial storytelling, and interactive media. Balanced guest experience, cultural sensitivity, Disney stakeholder review, and operational feasibility. The Kinsey Collection was created by the Kinsey family when their son come home from school needing to work on his family history for school. The collection reaches back through time mixing artifacts of slavery with artifacts from American Black History that tell the story of triumph over time of the spirit of Black America. The gallery is wrapped in a timeline of America starting before it's founding all the way to the Obama presidency. Historical artifacts present in the exhibit are featured along the timeline to further elevate the educational experience. The experience also featured "Storytelling Lanterns" that when activated, showed video clips about the time and the artifacts. Interactive iPADs were also wall mounted for deeper experience about the art and artifacts.


JOE BIDEN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY, Concept Proposal — Creative Producer | 2026
Developed a self-initiated concept strategy and experience design proposal for a potential Joe Biden Presidential Library, positioning the project around a central organizing idea: The Biden Center for Empathy. The concept reframed the library as a public-facing civic and emotional experience centered on resilience, service, grief, healing, and democratic responsibility.
I conducted the research, identified the strategic opportunity, created the umbrella concept for the full visitor experience, and developed individual exhibit and experience concepts across the proposed site. The proposal included signature experience ideas, thematic zones, stakeholder logic, audience framing, and donor-facing positioning. I submitted the deck to the Office of Joe and Jill Biden / Biden Foundation and secured a meeting with their team to discuss the concept.

HARRY POTTER™ THE EXHIBITION — Global Prop Master Set Decorator | 2008-2014
Advanced from creative concept and exhibit designer to traveling Creative Director across 22 global installations. Participated in early-stage design ideation, developed creative intent decks, led drawing redlines, directed international install crews, and managed Disney and Warner Bros. approvals onsite for each location launch.

VENARDOS CIRCUS — Managing Partner / Experiential Director | 2017 – 2023
Led creative, production, touring, marketing, and guest experience operations for a national touring circus presenting 120+ shows per year. Managed the end-to-end live experience, including venue selection, touring logistics, site layout, scenic execution, ticketing, marketing, concessions, customer service, PR, merchandising, and onsite operations. Helped scale the company from a county fair attraction into a multi-million-dollar national touring business.
• Scaled annual tour footprint from 6 to 24 cities, building repeatable systems for venue selection, site planning, ticketing, staffing, marketing, and operations.
• Owned cross-functional planning across budgets, vendor selection, team recruitment, venue partnerships, marketing operations, and live-event execution.
• Designed and managed physical guest environments and customer touch points, including site flow, front-of-house experience, concessions, merchandise, signage, and venue-specific operational layouts.
• Built and directed internal teams across marketing, advertising, customer service, public relations, merchandising, ticketing, and touring operations.
• Led public-facing brand, ticket sales, website, social media, print, outdoor advertising, and digital advertising strategy to support national tour growth.
• Developed and launched a fully virtual tour experience during the COVID-19 shutdown, preserving audience engagement and revenue continuity during live-event disruption.
